Customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read our returns policy carefully.

1. Cut-to-order products
All our fabrics are cut according to the customer’s request.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fabrics that have been cut, customised or ordered by the metre, except in cases of defective products, errors or non-conformities attributable to Texilstock.
This policy complies with the applicable regulations regarding customised and made-to-measure goods.

2. Defective or non-conforming fabrics
If the product received has:
• visible defects
• errors compared to the order placed
• damage attributable to production or preparation
the customer has the right to request assistance and, if approved, a return, replacement or refund of the product.

3. Reporting period
Any issues must be reported within:
• 14 days from the date of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

4. Conditions for return approval
In order for the return request to be assessed, the fabric must:
• not have been used or processed
• be kept in its original condition
• be accompanied by clear photos of the defect
• include the order number and customer details
Texilstock reserves the right to verify the defect before authorising a refund or replacement.

6. Refund
Once the return has been approved, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Shipping costs
In the case of a defective product, error or non-conformity attributable to Texilstock, return shipping costs will be covered by us or agreed directly with the customer.
In all other cases, returns are not accepted for cut-to-order products or fabrics ordered by the metre.
