Return and Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. To ensure clarity and transparency, please read our return policy carefully.

1. Custom-cut products

All our fabrics are cut to customer specifications.
For this reason:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on cut, customized, or meter-ordered fabrics, except in case of a defective or non-compliant product.

This policy complies with current regulations regarding customized and made-to-measure goods.

2. Defective or non-compliant fabrics

In the event that the received product exhibits:

  • obvious defects,
  • errors compared to the order placed,
  • damage attributable to production or preparation,

the customer has the right to request assistance and, if approved, the return or replacement of the product.

3. Reporting deadline

Any issues must be reported within:

  • 14 days from the date of delivery, as per European consumer regulations.

Requests submitted after this deadline may not be accepted.

4. Conditions for return acceptance

To evaluate the return, the fabric must:

  • not have been used or processed,
  • be kept in its original condition,
  • be accompanied by clear photos of the detected defect,
  • include the order number and customer details.

Texilstock reserves the right to verify the defect before authorizing a refund or replacement.

5. Return request procedure

To request assistance or report an issue, please contact us via:

Please provide:

  • order number,
  • item purchased,
  • description of the problem,
  • photographs of the defect.

6. Refund

Once the return is approved:

  • the refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the purchase,
  • within the technical timelines set by the banking circuit or payment provider.

7. Shipping costs

In the case of a defective product or an error attributable to Texilstock:

  • the return costs will be borne by us or agreed upon with the customer.

For all other cases, returns are not provided.
